This long standing bank building on 291 in Lee's Summit, MO is due for a facelift and interior tenant improvement. James Crabtree (construction specialist Central Bank) and Joyce Stacer (V-P at Lee's Summit) are just the folks who know how to get a project done. This was competitively bid with several companies. House and Renner has been awarded the contract and looks forward to supplying FNB with another successful tenant improvement project. The initial phase of the project has begun with demo nearly complete. The building permit is still at the city awaiting final replies to city comments. We have fallen slightly off our schedule due this minor delay (so far). A separate demo permit was issued to get the project started and rolling in anticipation of a fast turnaround.
