Valid Subcontractors are encouraged to call Tom during working hours for a passwordAll bid documents are for the sole purpose of the subcontractors provided with passwords by House and Renner Construction, Inc. The plan documents and specifications transmitted via our website are not to be duplicated without permission of the copyright author of the plans. House and Renner has obtained all plans and specifications through legal means and is distributing the plans for the intended purposes as plan holder of a proposed or ongoing project. Any redistribution of plans without written permission of the copyright agent of the plans is against the law and House and Renner Construction will aid in the prosecution of such distributors.
Note to all Bidders: With all projects, you are liable for the entire set. If the architect has comments, specifications or other relevant information on pages other than "your trade" pages, you need to include it in your price structure. You must look over all pages for relevant information. Prices which exclude portions of the complete set of documents will be discarded.
