Temporary Facility

As part of the overall business plan, this customer felt it was very important to get a facility opened as quickly as possible. In this case a temporary facility was purchased and placed on the site while site utilities were upgraded in preparation for the new bank plans and permits moved forward. Site development included extending the 8" water main about 1,000 feet and installing a new fire hydrant on the property. The new facility was opened and banking business began prior to the completion of approved drawings on the final 2 story building.
